Playing with lights is the photographer’s prerogative and the ultimate chalenge is to reduce it to almost nothing. What do we get when only scattered photons make their way to our model features? I tried to find out by isolating any parasite lights and using a partially covered soft box behind my model. Here are these extreme chiaroscuro pictures:
Not the most uplifting colour scheme… It goes with the season as these were shot in February… so since spring is now here, we’ll use a much wider colour gamut for the project soon to be!
